Snowball 1977, by request, with Joey Carbone and Richie Zito

By request this album databased here is a classic tax scam release produced by Robert Gallo who I mentioned and featured some time ago.  The music is very generic pop rock from the seventies with that classic sound of piano plus guitar plus harmony vocals often with Beatlesian influences in arrangement and songwriting.  It's amazing how some artists have that lucky ability to influence an entire decade, as Nirvana did for the nineties.

  2. Not a problem. Gallo is one of several names, the others being Artie Ripp & Johnny Kitchen who seem to have had their hands in supplying musical material to various Tax Scam outfits.

Several releases on Ripps 'Family Records' ended up on Tiger Lily, records Gallo had a hand in producing ended up on Guinness after being released elsewhere and Kitchen's stuff is the backbone of Album World.

Carbone and Zito were contacted about 'Snowball' and one of them gave a response that typifies the majority of performers caught up in this part of the record industry, 'Wait, that album was actually released.'
