Back to Sadao Watanabe with his 1987 Birds of Passage

 

Obviously I came across this when researching the Pepe Maina discography. 

This is late 80s smooth fusion, but thanks to the brilliance of Sadao Watanabe, who evidently was and is hugely prolific, earlier featured here before, the compositions are quite likeable all round.
