Juraj Galan, Norbert Dömling, Billy Cobham – Cargo

Saw this one of course in connection with trying to complete the Billy Cobham discography, which is extensive.  One of those fusioneers who made so many amazing albums of high-energy stuff through the 70s it's almost embarassing.  I posted the Glass Menagerie stuff back here.
If anything, I just wish these guys, like Larry Coryell, Alphone Mouzon, Billy C., Al Di Meola, etc., had made even more albums back in the 70s for us to enjoy now, so many years later.  Why couldn't you have produced more music guys???
Anyways, this particular release is mostly written by Juraj Galan, Czech guitarist.  Not sure that other than this one his discography looks overly interesting.  The style of the music is typical guitar-based contemporary jazz/fusion, like we've heard before from Zoller, or Dudas. Not electrified or fuzzy enough, basically.

  2. Thanks a lot for this
You must find an new host to replace zippyshare. I believe Mediafire is a good (and free) alternative

  3. A new one for me and very much appreciated. Re: a replacement for Zippy, have a look at Krakenfiles and see what you think. https://krakenfiles.com @ tarkus, Mediafire has been free and very dependable over the years, but lately, if they identify a song that they believe is commercially available (whether it really is or not). they disable the link. It used to be when you got that message, you could retry a few times and eventually the link page would load. Now the block is quite permanent. You can try dozens of times. It will never work. It seems a shame, after someone has been kind enough to share music they like, hoping others might like as well.

    1. And how Kraken behaves concerning speed and parallel downloads? And of course there is the possibility of mega.nz

  4. oh geeze, we've lost zippyshare...
I don't like mediafire for exactly that reason, at least half of my files get removed, plus there is a space restriction that is quite small
I guess I have to try krakenfiles...

  5. You get 25g of storage for free @ Kraken and they allow a longer grace period after a files last download, from 3 to 6 months. I feel really bad for the guy who runs the Holland Tunnel Dive blog, He apparently paid for a Zippy account with all the bells and whistles and has a HUGE number of files stored there with no deletion date. Ugh!
